Dans le cas où vous refusez la peine proposée par le Procureur de la République, c’est lui qui, disposant de l’opportunité des poursuites, décide de la suite pénale à donner. Dans certaines juridictions, en cas de CRPC défèrement, et en cas de refus de peine, le prévenu passe en comparution immédiate le jour même.
